I extend warm greetings to all the members of our association. It is a great honor to serve as the President of such a learned association.

I am a part of the association's working committee since the last few years and every committee has been productive in programs assigned to them.

Under the leadership of the past presidents our association has reached the highest point in the ladder of success.

Our association over the years has promoted successful national conferences and postgraduate conventions along with numerous continuing dental education (CDE) programs supporting different states. It has awarded medals, association fellowships under the leadership of senior members of our association.

Discussion on various topics related to orofacial region, advanced diagnostic techniques and recent technologies have helped the PG students to keep abreast of advancement in research.

So, senior colleagues, friends and students, I feel extremely proud to take over as the President of the Association for this year and I thank one and all for giving me this opportunity. I shall take every chance and opportunity to improve the proceedings of the association.

I request all the PG students to get involved in all the activities of the association. You all can make a difference and help ensure a better future for our profession.

The youngsters of the Association should be the flag bearers to take the association forward.
