Dear Colleagues,

As always, I begin by thanking you for all the support and goodwill you have shown to me over the past 2 years. This is such an exciting opportunity for me; I along with my team have put in sincere efforts to improve the quality of the journal. In the past 2 years of my tenure, we brought out a total of six issues of JOMFP in which five issues had forty articles each and the 6th issue had 45 articles. We had made all possible efforts to clear the backlogs of pending articles, without compromising the quality. We have incorporated some new features in the journal, like “living legends” to appreciate the efforts of the senior faculty of our association and acknowledge their contribution to the field of oral pathology. We also changed the outlook of the journal by designing a new front cover of the journal to highlight the content of the journal.

I on behalf of my entire team would like to conclude by expressing our satisfaction and gratitude. We thank IAOMP for their faith in us during this period, the authors for their contributions and criticism and readers for their encouragement.

The opportunity to serve JOMFP and its members has been a honor and privilege we shall never forget.

Thank you.
